Dub Support Subscription Service

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Dub Support is currently available only to customers within the United States. At this time, we do not offer our subscription service internationally.

Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your Dub Support subscription at any point in the month. Once canceled, you will retain access to Dub Support’s AI-powered product matching and support services until the end of your current billing cycle.

No Refunds for Current Month: Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund or prorated adjustment for the remaining days in the month. No charges will be incurred for the following month or any subsequent months unless you choose to reactivate your subscription.

Shipping Policy for Product Purchases

Order Processing and Shipping: Amazon handles all order processing and shipping logistics. Shipping times, options, and costs are determined by Amazon at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, Amazon will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment status directly through your Amazon account.
